Major Deliverables: -

Drive analytics across Tata Capital Use sophisticated statistical techniques to design advanced analytical scorecards for customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management and collection/recoveries Portfolio Analysis and deep dive on various segments/cohorts Manage Bureau relationship and leverage it for market trends/insights Data augmentation through external/Alternate Data providers partners for better scoring Use of Machine Learning algorithm for advanced analytics Collaborate with business users for implementation and monitoring of scorecards/solutions and impact on business and risk Implementation of analytical solutions through IT platform
Interact with senior management and business stakeholders for driving business growth through analytical solutions

Specialized job competencies:

Hands on experience with scoring/data modeling Tools: SAS, R or Python Statistical Techniques: Logistic Regression, Segmentation, Forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, Optimization

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate/ Graduate in Engineering, MBA

Desired Experience:

2 to 5 Yrs of experience in Indian BFSI Sector
