Preferred Work Experience:
-- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-- Project management experience
-- Preferably working knowledge of computer and SAP

Any graduate/ Post Graduate
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PGMS data team to ensure that all data activities are delivered in a secure, robust, and supportable way within the current governance guiderails.
- Support PGMS data strategy and data governance efforts
- Engage with global colleagues across multiple JM sites and time zones
- Support the project management of a wide range of data, digital and IT projects
- Drive results through project management to ensure risks are understood and project deliverables are delivered on time and in spec.
- Provide focused expertise and resources to enable the rapid delivery of key priority projects
- Provide day to day support and management of data analysts to deliver against project plans
- Oversee the creation of master data records for various PGMS projects

Required Skill Set:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with good data principles such as data quality, data cleansing, and data validation
- Experience with data visualization (ex. PowerBI)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at multiple business levels
- Passion and enthusiasm for data and analytics
- Effective change management skills
