About the role: The Manager, Data & Insights role will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within our B2B business. The primary focus will be on supporting the Sales and Finance departments by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable insights. Youll work closely with Salesforce, extracting essential information, creating interactive dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations that contribute to the growth and success of our business. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, influence strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on our bottom line. How you will make an impact: Requirements Gathering Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support to drive business goals. Salesforce Data and Insights Organize, manipulate, and report on Salesforce data Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics, track sales pipeline, and provide financial insights Sales & Finance Dashboarding Conceptualize, develop and maintain Finance and Sales dashboards through Salesforce, Excel, PPT, and PowerBI Train relevant teams on dashboard tools Business Analysis Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating complex data into understandable insights Identify areas for process improvement, data quality enhancements, and automation opportunities within Sales and Finance data workflows Data Visualization Leverage PowerBI to visualize critical Sales and Finance data for senior business stakeholders What we are looking for: Bachelor\'s Degree 4+ years of experience in a business and/or data analyst role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard creation. Strong Excel skills, PowerBI Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Why should you join Wiley The team!
