About the Role:
This role leads a team responsible for designing and delivering data warehouse, analytics, and data product solutions that enable enterprise decision-making. The manager operates in a builder culture, ensuring AI is embedded into daily engineering, design, and delivery workflows across the team. The role provides leadership across data architecture, engineering, and quality practices while driving adoption of AI-assisted development and operational standards. Success is measured by solution quality, delivery efficiency, AI-enabled productivity gains, and team capability maturity. The work directly impacts the organization by accelerating access to trusted data and enabling scalable, AI-ready analytics solutions.
What Youll Do

• Lead and manage a team of data architects and engineers, setting expectations for AI-enabled daily work and building team capability through coaching and delivery standards
• Oversee the design and deployment of data models and data products that support analytics, AI, and operational use cases.
• Drive the development of systems and tools that improve data accessibility, accelerate consumption, and support AI-ready semantic and analytics layers.
• Ensure data pipelines are reliable, efficient, and optimized, leveraging AI-assisted monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into end-to-end data and analytics solutions, using AI-driven insights to guide prioritization
• Establish and evolve frameworks for data quality, auditing, error logging, and master data management, incorporating AI where appropriate to detect and prevent issues

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree
• 7 to 10 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years designing and building self-service analytics and big data solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP data platforms)
• 24 years leading, mentoring, or coaching senior data engineers
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum delivery methods
• Ability to drive adoption of AI-assisted development, design, and operational practices across a data engineering team
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global initiatives including planning, prioritization, and dependency coordination
• Strong foundation in software engineering best practices, system design, and SDLC
