Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Business Partnering:

• Working directly with the global SAM Finance team to coordinate centralized areas across SAM, including standardization of process, delivery of standardized reporting and consolidation of the holistic Opex view for SAM
• Partnering with business colleagues from within SAM to support hiring through the review, approval and tracking of open new/replacement roles

• Performance Analysis:

• Delivery of standardised performance analysis and insight - e.g. headcount data, non-staff costs etc
• Management of key data sets linked to Opex. Eg - Workday Data, Compensation analysis

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Responsible for the delivery of Opex forecasting process including collation of data points and review of model outputs
• Understanding the business in order to provide insightful commentary
• Owner of overall SAM budget process

• Reporting:

• Delivery of month end close and validation of reported results in conjunction with the Controllership organization
• Dealing with queries from front line teams and finance colleagues linked to the month end Opex reporting
• Managing reporting to regional and business teams
• Supporting in the preparation of ad-hoc business analysis to support initiatives and areas of business focus

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualification in Finance
• Significant experience and proficiency in financial analysis, reporting and financial control
