who will be responsible for handling company accounts, analyzing business data, managing inventory reports, and ensuring accurate GST filing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and stores.
Reconcile stock data with purchase, sales, and accounting entries.
Identify variances and investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock.
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize financial statements in coordination with management.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in internal and external audits.
GST & Compliance
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records for taxation and support data for GST audits.
Data Management & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Analyze movement trends, stock turnover ratios, and product performance.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and fast-moving items to assist in inventory planning.
Coordination & Documentation:
Collaborate with the purchase, accounts, and sales teams to ensure real-time updates.
Maintain accurate inward/outward documentation and assist in audit preparations.
Support cost management, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to inventory.
System & Process Optimization:
Work on improving inventory management systems and reporting accuracy.
Suggest process improvements based on data insights.
Implement checks and balances to prevent stock loss or mismanagement.
Qualification:
CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Experience:
3-8 years
Skills Required:
Strong Excel & data analysis capabilities (knowledge of Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Understanding of accounting principles, costing, and stock valuation.
Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills.
