Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to oversee our IT and OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT support, networking, and data center operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing comprehensive IT systems, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and delivering high-quality IT support. This role is critical for maintaining our technological edge, safeguarding our systems, and supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT/OT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, network switches, Storage, Data Center, Windows servers & cloud services. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services. Oversee the operation and maintenance of data centers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Ensure network security and performance through monitoring, optimization, and regular maintenance.

Cybersecurity:

Develop and implement IT/OT cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect against cyber threats. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Manage security tools and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.

IT Support:

Lead the IT support team to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users. Develop and maintain IT support processes and documentation to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution.

Project Management:

Lead and manage IT projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and support. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, IT support, and data center operations. Proven experience with IT/OT systems, network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, network switches), Windows servers, and backup solutions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Excellent leadership, project management, and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL. Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization. Knowledge of IT/OT convergence and industrial control systems.
