You shall be responsible to coordinate and ensure that the service deliveryis of excellent quality and achieves overall contract objectives. Also oversee the development of relationships between the team of customer service and customers, ensure that schedules and deadlines are met. Ensure pleasant ambiance at all projects, that includes upkeep-ment of all the facilities including but not limited to sales offices, common amenities, sold or unsold units. Coordinate with Sales team to ensure that inquiries are been handled properly, and none of them remain unattended. Ensure proper coordination between Sales and Post sales teams for smooth operation.
