Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and onboard new clients, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide market intelligence and insights.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with clients.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and management presentations.
Drive customer satisfaction through regular engagement and issue resolution.
Support sales team to grow volume from onboarded customers
Take ownership of customer issues & resolve. Coordination with GSC Team
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
10-12 years of experience in sales/commercial roles within logistics, CFS, or port-related services.
Strong understanding of the CFS business model, supply chain dynamics, and shipping industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
