Geographic Area Covered Pan India Stakeholders Internal HO Operations, Branch Operations, IT, Finance & Accounts, Legal & Compliance, Project Management Office, Digital Team. Key Result Areas Project Management / Business Analyst Good Understanding of life insurance products Ability to drive Day II features of Servicing and claims product implementation in co-ordination with various stakeholders Ability to understand the product/ Customer requirements in detail and providing details user requirement in discussion with me. Prioritizing Day II features and ensuring the same is tested and moved into production before the trigger date. To ensure Requirements received from stakeholders are complete in nature Participate in requirement gathering secession and ensure requirements are documented and delivered in production. Co-ordination with Business Users from various functions POS, Claims and Business Conservation for ensuring acceptance of the delivered solution. Develop and deploy a robust program to generate deeper understanding the business/process among middle management team Reviewing Communication and suggest changes wherever required and take it forward with Legal and compliance/ Function heads for making relevant changes Ensure UAT\'s are conducted with correct and comprehensive scopes are tested to ensure error free Day II features delivery in production. Analyze the project dependencies and track project to closure in coordination with Business Unit, vendor, Internal IT and testing team. . Monitor Key Business metrics and continuously work to improve the same. Skills Required Technical Behavioral .
