We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Trainer to join our team at WebEngage As a Manager - Customer Growth & Strategy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and workshops to educate our customers on how to effectively use WebEngage You will also act as a strategic intervention arm for the Customer Success team This role requires a strong background in training, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer education strategies, and a sound knowledge of digital marketing strategies Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to educate customers on the features, functionality, and best practices of WebEngages product. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, tutorials, videos, and documentation, to support customer education initiatives. Conduct training sessions in person, remotely, and through webinars, ensuring participants understand and can apply the concepts taught. Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements, and incorporate them into training materials. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations, and make necessary improvements. Provide ongoing support to customers by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the product. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to continuously enhance the customer education program. Assist in the onboarding of new employees by delivering product training and providing guidance on customer education strategies. Identify opportunities to optimize customer education processes and develop new training modules as needed. Ideal Candidate: Bachelors degree in Engineering and MBA in Marketing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product training, customer education, or a related role. Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs and workshops. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
