The Customer Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of power engineering projects and fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled service throughout the entire lifecycle of their engagement with our firm.

What you\'ll do as a Customer Experience Manager at Illumine-i:

\xc2\xb7 You\'ll collaborate with the customer to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

\xc2\xb7 You\'ll collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to oversee project execution.

\xc2\xb7 You\'ll manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost-efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Engineering Background: A background in electrical, civil, structural, or mechanical engineering is expected, as it provides a strong foundation for addressing technical challenges.

\xc2\xb7 Project Management: Project management skills may be required to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects.

\xc2\xb7 Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

\xc2\xb7 Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage various project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.

\xc2\xb7 Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

\xc2\xb7 Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Great to have:

\xc2\xb7 Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar energy technologies is advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 CAD Skills: Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software can be beneficial for understanding engineering plans and layouts.

\xc2\xb7 Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using solar design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools is advantageous.
