Roles and Responsibility
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Build positive and productive relationship with clients by regularly interacting at all levels (including CIO/Executive Leadership), for sustaining and improving the business outcomes
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary.
Prepare project status reports and engagement updates for updating the internal senior management so as ensure high project governance standards
Proactively identify Cross Sell / Upsell opportunities with existing customers and make presentations and proposals by mapping with capabilities for positive business closures
Closely work with the Sales and Per-Sales teams in new business development endeavours, and support curating a compelling pitch and solution proposals for winning the new deals. Take lead in finalizing the RFP/RFI proposals, client presentations etc.
Closely work with Commercial, Finance and Legal teams for commercial and contract closures.
Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.

Competencies & Capabilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
MBA (Preferable)
Experience
15-18 Years of overall experience in IT industry in project delivery and client relationship management
At least 3-5 years of recent experience of working with Banking and NBFC customers
Knowledge / Skills
Good understanding / appreciation of Lending domain and the Technology landscape associated in automating lending processes
Prior experience and exposure to any Lending software especially FinnOne product suite is desirable
Outstanding relationship management skills and openness to work in a matrix structure with accountability for Customer satisfaction and business growth.
Ability to navigate commercial and contract closures with effective negotiation skills and a win-win proposition
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, client stakeholders, management, and external organizations
