Manager, Customer documentation
to build and manage Valmet Flow Control BA MRO and Service business customer orders delivery documentation function.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery Documentation
+ Standard documentation
- Identify different standard documents created by different Flow Control systems
- Map development needs in different standard documents
+ Customer Specific documentation
- Identify the most typical customer or industry specific delivery documents or documentation standards needed. Evaluate possibilities on automating portion of the customer specific documentation creation.
+ Participate in in the documentation preparation and delivery work
Manage customer documentation work
+ Build and manage a dedicated customer documentation team responsible for:
- Combining the standard Valmet Flow Control documentation into complete documentation packages
- creating customer specific delivery documents or adjusting the standard documents according to customer requirements
- delivering the documentation for customers in a timely manner
+ Manage and develop team performance with the relevant KPI's
Processes and systems
+ Collaborate with IT system owners with the needed development actions for standard documentation creation development needs
+ Collaborate with IT system owners with the needed development actions for customer specific documentation creation automation
+ Collaborate with IT system owners for building the process for running the customer documentation collection, storage and delivery with the needed KPI's and measures.
To be successful in this position we expect you to have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required
Knowledge on valves business or technology business globally, experience on customer documentation in valves business
Knowledge and experience on building functioning and effective processes and collaborating with IT system owners
Dynamic and self-driven way of working
Capacity on building and managing a high-performance team
Able to work in matrix environment in a global organization
Fluent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
Customer oriented
* Fluent of general IT tools (MS Office, sharepoint etc.), familiar with Salesforce.
