Nature Hospital is looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager cum Telecaller to oversee hospital operations and lead the telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills with experience in healthcare management or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day hospital operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and grievances effectively.
Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Implement hospital policies and ensure compliance.
Telecalling Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors' availability, and appointment scheduling.
Follow up with patients for feedback, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
Maintain a call log and report telecalling performance regularly.
Generate leads for new services or treatments offered by the hospital.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Medical or Sales background preferred).
Proven experience in hospital management or customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospital software systems.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Preferred Skills:
Team leadership and conflict resolution.
Customer service and patient handling.
Telemarketing or sales experience in the healthcare sector.
