Key Responsibilities: Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, adhering to the menu standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barista workstation.
Train and guide team members in beverage preparation and presentation techniques.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other barista supplies.
Managerial Duties:
Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain excellent service standards.
Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and place timely orders.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
Prepare and manage budgets, including cash flow, daily sales reports, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1-3 years).
Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance.
