The Manager Cum Accountant is responsible for handling financial accounting, administrative management, and overall operational coordination to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounts, cash, bank, and ledger records
Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payments
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage payroll, salaries, and expense control
Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
Management & Administration
Oversee day-to-day office/clinic operations
Manage staff attendance, schedules, and coordination
Handle vendor management and inventory control
Maintain official records, documentation, and reports
Support management in planning and decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in accounting and administration
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
