About the Position

We are hiring a dynamic and impact-oriented

Manager - CSR & Environment and Sr. Manager- CSR & Environment

for one of our leading clients in the aviation industry. The role requires an expert who can conceptualize, develop, and lead environmental sustainability initiatives that strengthen ecological resilience and drive community development.



This position is ideal for professionals with deep environmental experience, strong CSR knowledge, and the ability to design innovative, scalable programs aligned with global sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

Environmental CSR Strategy & Program Design

Develop and lead environmental sustainability programs aligned with corporate CSR priorities. Identify opportunities and innovative models for ecological conservation and community benefit. Provide technical inputs for projects related to:
Waste reduction

Renewable energy

Biodiversity conservation

Water and resource management

Tree plantation drives

Carbon footprint reduction

Monitoring, Compliance & Impact Assessment

Establish and track environmental KPIs and impact metrics. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, CSR laws, and Companies Act provisions. Maintain all documentation, reports, and audit-ready records. Conduct regular monitoring, evaluations, and impact studies for all projects.

Stakeholder & Employee Engagement

Partner with NGOs, technical agencies, government departments, and community organizations. Lead employee engagement programs--plantation drives, awareness sessions, clean-up activities, etc. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and CSR committees for smooth implementation.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare high-quality reports, sustainability updates, impact dashboards, and case studies. Stay updated with emerging trends in climate action, renewable energy, and sustainability innovations.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Qualifications

Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Work, or related field.

Experience

7-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or environmental project management. Proven experience in designing, monitoring, and evaluating environmental projects. Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations, frameworks, and government guidelines.

Skills

Excellent analytical and documentation skills. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Passionate about environmental conservation and climate responsibility.
