Essential: MBA (Marketing, Advertising, PR)with Mass Communication degree Experience Bracket : 7-12 years o Drive positive PR for CSR activities oPlan, conceptualize and end-to-end execute PR strategy to garner positive media coverage on CSR efforts made by the Company. oPlan and independently execute field visits for media oProactively track CSR projects and create a story bank for pitching to media oSet stories target and achieve oPrepare a PR calendar and social media calendar around CSR activities oConceptualize and execute research/surveys and campaigns along with agencies oSuggest ideas to drive CSR Communications o Media Relations: Build strong relationship with media o Content: Conceptualize and draft content including press releases, press notes, white papers, infographics, blogs, talk points for top management, FAQs, Case Studies, social media posts, and so on o Agency Management: oWork with PR agency to achieve deliverables oWork with creative agency to create new age content - short videos, reels etc. o Tracking and Reporting: oMonitor industry CSR stories oDocument Communications efforts for CSR oPrepare review documents for Top Management Create coverage report oResults oriented and Committed oSelf-motivated and capability to work independently oTakes ownership and is proactive oFast learner oPossess good interpersonal skills oExtrovert and capable to coordinate with various departments within the organization and external agencies oGood understanding of corporate culture, systems and processes. oAbility to pay attention to details. oData interpretation and analytical ability. Ability to understand and interpret patterns and graphs. oStoryteller with good communication / presentation skills oUnderstanding of CSR issues \' Road Safety, Skill Development, Community Development oHigh quality written, verbal communication Represented Company in external forums and experience of preparing presentations, talk points for senior management will be an added advantage.
