Overseeing the entire credentialing process for new and existing healthcare providers. This involves collecting and reviewing documentation, verifying licenses, certifications, education, training, work history, and references. Assisting the team to fill the applications and in contract loading & welcome kit generation. Assisting the team in Application follow ups. Ensuring the application processing time is within the TAT. Experience in PECOS, Medicaid Enrollments. strong knowledge in CAQH & commercial enrollments Experience in working with providers from multiple state & strong knowledge in the state rules. Maintain process compliance as per client requirements and applicable state laws.
