We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Client Services / Creative Account Manager to join Tesco's in-house Creative Studio, based at Tesco Business Solutions (TBS) in Bengaluru. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between UK-based stakeholders and the creative delivery teams in India -- ensuring briefs are clear, expectations are aligned, and campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the UK and India to manage creative workflows, support campaign planning, and ensure seamless delivery through Adobe Workfront. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the nuances of creative production, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration.
You will be responsible for
Act as the primary point of contact for UK-based stakeholders and creative leads, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across time zones.
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs in collaboration with UK Client Services and Strategy teams.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across digital, print, in-store, and social -- ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Use Adobe Workfront to manage briefs, track progress, assign tasks, and monitor approvals -- ensuring full visibility across the project lifecycle.
Facilitate virtual kick-offs, reviews, and feedback sessions with UK and India-based teams.
Proactively manage risks, flag capacity or delivery issues, and support prioritisation in collaboration with Creative Operations and Traffic teams.
Champion Tesco's brand guidelines and ensure creative output is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with campaign goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement of creative processes and ways of working across geographies.
You will need
10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or creative project delivery -- ideally within retail, FMCG, or in-house creative teams.
Experience working with UK or international stakeholders in a matrixed or global team environment.
Strong understanding of creative workflows across digital, print, AV, and POS.
Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -- able to manage expectations and influence across cultures and time zones.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
