Education

-:B.Com / BBA / BMS + MBA (Finance/Operations) mandatory.

Experience-:7-10 years of experience in costing and commercial functions in manufacturing,

preferably in polymers/packaging industries.

? Excellent skills in Excel, ERP Systems (SAP B1 or equivalent).

Responsibilities-:SPOC to customer for all the commercial matters

? Lead product costing, pricing validations, and margin analysis for all customer proposals.

? Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and costing sheets across business units.

? Review and approve costing for new products and changes in existing products.

? Monitor profitability and recommend corrective actions for margin improvement.

? Lead commercial governance for customer contracts, agreements, and pricing terms.

? Coordinate with SCM, production, sales, and finance to align costing with operational

realities.

? Analyze operational costs (raw material, conversion cost, freight, packaging) for

optimization.

? Prepare monthly costing MIS, margin dashboards, and management reports.

? Support budgeting, forecasting, and costing audits for strategic planning.

? Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
