Education

-:B.Com / BBA / BMS + MBA (Finance/Operations) mandatory.

Experience-:7-10 years of experience in costing and commercial functions in manufacturing,

preferably in polymers/packaging industries.

Excellent skills in Excel, ERP Systems (SAP B1 or equivalent).

Responsibilities-:SPOC to customer for all the commercial matters

Lead product costing, pricing validations, and margin analysis for all customer proposals.

Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and costing sheets across business units.

Review and approve costing for new products and changes in existing products.

Monitor profitability and recommend corrective actions for margin improvement.

Lead commercial governance for customer contracts, agreements, and pricing terms.

Coordinate with SCM, production, sales, and finance to align costing with operational

realities.

Analyze operational costs (raw material, conversion cost, freight, packaging) for

optimization.

Prepare monthly costing MIS, margin dashboards, and management reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and costing audits for strategic planning.

Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
