Job Purpose

BSS operation & Maintenance

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Responsible for all Energy invoices by the IP for the cell sites. Responsible for Circle Technology Budget submission and ensure to meet as per targets. Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures. Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA for VIL own sites. Circle O&M Cost and BPA/PR/SES. Coordinate with finance & SCM team for cost effective solution for the sites to reduce energy cost. Ensure quarterly reconciliation with the infrastructure providers and closer for the energy invoices and ensure maximum savings. Ensure monthly reports to finance, SCM and corporate on account of opex provision & energy.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Good negotiation, communication and analytical skills



Hands on with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint



Product Knowledge on electrical



Delivering Results & Driving synergy targets

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Essential : Graduation - BE (Electronics and communication)

work ex: 5 - 7 years

Experience in network BSS operations
