Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to corporates, colleges and networks for collaboration.
Act as a key relationship builder by meeting HR/Admin heads and aligning Fitistan's programs with institutional values and expanding our vision.
Build a strong lead pipeline by engaging HR leaders and decision-makers across industries.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of corporate wellness and fitness programs.
Act as a wellness ambassador, educating HR professionals and corporate leaders on the benefits of employee wellness programs.
Customize wellness solutions to meet specific company needs and workforce profiles.
Collect feedback, testimonials, and insights to evolve and enhance impact.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging and delivery.
Collaborate on campaign strategies, wellness events, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the corporate sales. Experience in Healthcare and Wellness sector is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for wellness, youth empowerment, fitness or armed-forces-inspired initiatives.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a mission-led, high-impact environment.
