Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Corporate Sales Manager with 2 to 3 years of
experience in the healthcare or pathology services industry. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing corporate relationships, onboarding new business clients, and
expanding our corporate healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for healthcare services, wellness programs,
and lab testing.
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, Admin managers, and decision-makers
incorporates and industries.
- Drive corporate tie-ups for annual health check-ups, employee health programs,
wellness camps, and diagnostic services.
- Pitch My MD Dr's services to corporates, clinics, wellness centres, and healthcare
aggregators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and customized packages for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to corporate clients.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent My MD Dr at networking events, health camps, and industry meetups.
- Resolve on timely basis all clients- problems/quires.
- To manage special projects under the direction of the Head of Sales
- To host any promotion events or external site as required by the Head of Sales
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a
related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or B2B sales
in the healthcare or pathology services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the healthcare market in Pune is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Previous experience selling diagnostic packages, corporate health check-ups, or
healthcare services.
- Network of corporate and HR contacts in Pune or nearby regions.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
