Job description:
? Lead & acquire childcare business from multinational corporates
? Acquire and set-up onsite corporate childcare centers
? New Business Generation ? Contract Negotiation ? Corporate Customer Service and Retention
? Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and revenue targets
? Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales Desired Profile
? Background in business development/sales with revenue responsibility.
? Proven experience of 3-5 years in business development with Insurance, hospitality/banquet or education industry
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
? Keen sense of ownership, drive, and a desire to win.
? Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
Location: Bengaluru(Travel across centers, Corporate visits)
Qualification: Bachelors/master's degree/MBA

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
