Job Description

- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients across industries. - Generate leads through networking, references, exhibitions, and outbound outreach. - Pitch customized gifting solutions for festivals, events, and year-round requirements.- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase & Marketing heads. - Provide end-to-end servicing from pitch to closure to execution. - Ensure retention and repeat business from key corporate accounts.- Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery. - Coordinate sampling, product customization, price proposals, and approvals. - Maintain high quality standards and resolve client concerns quickly.- Track sales progress, pipelines, and closures. - Achieve revenue targets, especially during peak gifting seasons. - Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and monthly MIS reporting.- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills - Strong relationship-building ability- High energy, proactive, and target-driven - Understanding of gifting trends, pricing, customizations preferred- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across relevant industries.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Teams, etc.).- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle - lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve performance goals.- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) for client onboarding and service delivery.- Track market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to refine sales strategies.- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.- Handle escalations and ensure high-level client satisfaction and retention.- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
