About the Role
We are hiring Business Development professionals to drive Corporate Sales, New Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation in General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB). The role involves building relationships with corporate clients and expanding Salasar's presence across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new corporate clients for General Insurance (Non-Motor / Non-EB lines).
Drive business development, sales, and revenue targets.
Pitch insurance solutions across Property, Liability, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Cyber, etc.
Manage end-to-end corporate sales cycles: prospecting ? pitching ? negotiation ? onboarding.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, Finance & Risk teams.
Coordinate with internal placement, claims, and servicing teams.
Required Skills
Experience in General Insurance Corporate Sales or Insurance Broking.
Strong knowledge of Non-Motor / Non-EB products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability in New Client Acquisition and hitting sales targets.
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA preferred.
2-10 years of experience in GI sales or corporate BD.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
