The ideal candidate will excel in building strong corporate relationships, identifying business opportunities, driving sales targets, and maximizing event revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across relevant industries for exhibition participation, booth space sales, and sponsorship opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Pitch exhibition booths, event spaces, branding opportunities, and customized sponsorship packages to clients.
Build compelling value propositions and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate partners, industry associations, and event stakeholders.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service and proactive engagement.
Event Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, operations, and event teams to align sales strategies with event objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding, branding placements, and sponsor deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4-8 years of experience in corporate sales, event sales, exhibitions, or sponsorship sales
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in B2B environments
Experience in exhibitions, conferences, media, or event management industry is highly desirable
Strong corporate sales, B2B acquisition, and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners
