Team Leadership & Management

: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and evaluating their output.

Client & Account Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.

Market & Competitor Analysis

: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry developments.

Sales Reporting

: Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and other key metrics to senior management.

Collaboration

: Work with internal teams, such as marketing, to align strategies and ensure smooth product or service delivery.
