We are Hiring for the Leading EdTech company Position - Corporate Sales Manager - AI Skilling ProgramsExp - 8 to 15 yearsLocation - Mumbai & DelhiQualifications and Experience- 8-10 years of corporate sales experience.- Minimum 5 years of proven success selling corporate training/skilling programs (mandatory).- Direct experience in AI skilling, digital transformation programs, or tech upskilling solutions (highly preferred).- Strong connects with corporates in BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.- Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients for AI skilling programs.- Drive consultative sales with CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.- Conduct training needs assessments for AI/ML and digital upskilling.- Propose tailored AI skilling solutions (leadership in AI, data literacy, machine learning, automation, etc.).- Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals.- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI adoption and workforce skilling.
