About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded legal professional to join our Legal Team as

Manager - Legal

. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of law, business, and strategy - shaping key transactions, driving compliance excellence, and enabling the company's growth journey. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as both a legal advisor and a business enabler.

What you will do

+ Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse commercial agreements - including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/tech, and strategic partnership contracts. + Advise on

corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters

under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.
+ Support and execute

corporate transactions

(M&A, joint ventures, investments, restructurings).
+ Partner with business teams to anticipate legal risks and shape pragmatic solutions.
+ Engage and manage external counsel for specialist mandates and due diligence.
+ Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy/process changes.
+ Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk frameworks.
+ Strong foundation in

corporate and commercial law

, with proven experience in high-value contracts and transactions.
+ Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
+ Ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable business advice.
+ Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.

What you will need

+ Qualified LLB with 5-7 years of PQE. + Experience in a reputed law firm and/or in-house role with exposure to corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance.
+ Experience handling cross-border contracts and complex commercial negotiations.
+ Possess an analytical and strategic minds.
