Contract Management:

Litigation Management:
Managing litigation matters, including coordinating with external legal counsel, handling court documentation, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Compliance:
Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
Risk Management:
Identifying and assessing legal risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring regulatory developments.
Corporate Governance:
Supporting corporate governance activities, including regulatory filings and compliance with corporate governance principles.
Training and Development:
Providing legal training and guidance to employees on relevant legal and compliance matters.
Liaison with External Parties:
Interacting with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders on legal matters.
Legal Research:
Conducting legal research to stay up-to-date on legal changes and developments.

Managing and protecting the company's intellectual property assets.
Skills and Qualifications:
Law Degree:
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree is typically required.
Experience:
Several years of experience in corporate law, contract law, or related fields.
