Performance Champion: Lead the Performance Management Processes (goal setting, regular feedback, performance evaluations) by building the right capability in people managers. Your Credentials: MBA in HR, enriched by at least 5 years of experience, as an HR Business Partner or in a similar dynamic role. Your track record shines with evidence of crafting and launching HR strategies and interventions that enable business success. You are adept at building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, making lasting impressions. You are a strategic thinker, turning business objectives and people nuances into HR initiatives with ease.
