2. Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee corporate and project-level recruitment to attract top talent.
Build employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.
Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
Drive performance management systems (KPIs, KRAs, OKRs) to ensure accountability and productivity.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
4. Learning & Development
Establish corporate training frameworks to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
Implement competency-based training and career development programs.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and corporate HR policies.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits structure to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for management decision-making.
6. Corporate Governance & Culture
Foster a positive work culture that reflects organizational values.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
