Manager - Corporate Fundraising

Reports to:

Chief Growth Officer - Corporate Fundraising

Role Purpose

Lead and grow corporate and institutional fundraising portfolio by building strong partnerships, securing financial and non-financial resources, and driving strategic engagement with corporates, foundations, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Corporate & Institutional Fundraising

Build and manage fundraising pipelines across corporates, foundations, multilaterals, alumni groups, and government bodies. Strengthen existing partnerships and design engagement strategies for renewals and upgrades. Work with leadership to identify new funding opportunities and cultivate high-value champions. Drive corporate events, campaigns, and collaborations to maximize fundraising outcomes. Facilitate legal agreements, MoUs, and partner communications.

2. Partnership Management & Due Diligence

Conduct thorough due diligence on partners and individual beneficiaries to ensure compliance and credibility. Manage systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements and MoU commitments. Coordinate with internal teams (Programs, Finance, Impact) to create win-win partnership models.

3. Campaign Development & Donor Communication

Support partners in creating high-impact fundraising campaigns and identifying key influencers. Work closely with marketing and content teams to drive campaign visibility and success. Ensure donors receive timely, high-quality feedback reports and program impact updates.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate with

4+ years of fundraising or CSR partnership experience

, in a

healthcare NGO

. Strong relationship-building and networking skills with corporates, hospitals, universities, etc. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong project management, communication, and presentation capabilities. Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions. Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment. Understanding of crowdfunding or digital fundraising models is an advantage.
