Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager for Global Corporate Cards, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape, deliver and execute the strategy to build global use of corporate payments and drive expansion of card payment solutions. You will build and own business and technical relationships to implement new and existing forms of payment; identify trends and opportunities in the corporate cards and payments space; analyze data to support pay terms and form-of-payment negotiations; and execute on business development opportunities with suppliers and partners.

The successful candidate will have great people skills and ability to navigate detail, be curious and flexible, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable working independently. You can think big and stay on top of tactical execution, and you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get something done.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Build and deliver our strategy for identifying and implementing new corporate card solutions.
  • Manage the relationship with the card provider and the respective countries with programs.
  • Develop a payment terms/form-of-payment value proposition based on supplier characteristics.
  • Manage expansions opportunities for Corporate Cards, mobile wallets, etc. both geographically and within business units.

  • Knowledge and experience with the procure-to-pay life cycle, payment channels, pay terms, and dynamic discounting.
  • Experience with global Corporate Card programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and guide external suppliers and payments partners, and internal stakeholders, around business and technical strategies in the payments area.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding aggressive charge volume/contribution targets.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation solutions.
