Key purpose of the job: As Manager of Contracts & Procurement for the organization, shall be responsible to outline key strategies, standards, procedures and best practices to identify, attract and engage with the best of contractors and consultants to ensure delivery of the project on time and in a cost-effective manner. Making judicious strategies to determine the scope of contractors and consultants ,in order to drive down construction costs and focus on few valuable categories. This role will also ensure that high Quality Services are Procured in most cost effective & timely manner through a competitive process to meet the operational requirements.

4. Contract Administration
5. Support Contract Managers across the organization to manage their contracts well through guidance, training and best practice sharing
Education & Experience Requirement:
B.E / B. Tech (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
MBA or a Degree from NICMAR will be an added advantage
At least 10 to 12 years of experience in Contracts Management
Mandatory Skills/ Knowledge:
Ability to build credibility with senior management in the organization
Excellent command over business communication (both verbal and written) including contractual correspondence
Self-motivated and proactive
Attention to detail and ability to spot cost efficiencies
Excellent negotiation skills
Good presentation skills
Deep understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, AIA, JCT etc.)
Understanding of compliance requirements on construction contracts
Good knowledge of Indian Contracts Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act etc.
Good knowledge of financial management, forecasting and budgeting
