Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow a strong database of labour contractors across works.
Negotiate rates, scope, and terms with contractors for project requirements.
Prepare and manage labour contracts and work orders.

Ensure compliance with labour laws (CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI, etc.).
Monitor contractor performance and manpower deployment across sites.
Conduct audits and ensure documentation for labour welfare and safety compliance.
Coordinate with related departments and Project teams for smooth operations.
Education:
Any Bachelor's / Diploma degree (Pref. - Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Law / HR)
MBA / PG in Construction Management / Labour Law (appreciated)
Experience:
6+ years of experience in labour contract management in handing multiple construction sites.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, contract management, and vendor handling.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and labour compliance software / Contract Management tools.
Decision making under pressure
