Overview:
The Contract Analytics Analyst supports the rollout of the Global Contract program for S&T by coordinating contract data analytics, validation, and reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of contract data, tailoring analytics to procurement needs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive strategic sourcing and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Support and Coordinate the Golden Frame Data Structure: Act as the primary coordinator for the "golden frame" contract data structure, ensuring all contract elements are accurately captured, classified, and maintained for analytics and reporting.
Validation Stop for Data Prior to Consumption: Serve as the final validation checkpoint for contract data, performing random sampling and quality checks before data is consumed by downstream systems or analytics platforms.
Tailor Analytical Reports Based on Procurement Needs: Develop and customize analytical reports to address specific procurement requirements, including spend analysis, supplier risk, compliance, and contract performance metrics.
Join and Lead Meetings with Cross-Functional Partners: Actively participate in and lead meetings with Procurement, Technology, Data & AI, and other business partners to align on contract analytics objectives, resolve data issues, and support program rollout.
Support Rollout of Global Contract Program (S&T): Provide analytics and reporting support for the implementation of the Global Contract program, ensuring alignment with S&T business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/master's in data Related Steam
7-9 years of overall experience with minimum of 4+years of experience in contract analytics, procurement analytics, or related data management roles.
Strong knowledge of contract management systems (Ariba CLM, Selectica) and procurement analytics platforms.
* Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data validation, reporting, and visualization tools.
