Description & Requirements
Data Migration & Mastering Manager, you will lead a team of consultants and oversee the delivery of strategic data initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and aligning data migration efforts with business transformation goals. You will also play a key role in shaping the data strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of data migration and mastering projects.
Define and execute the data migration strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of data consultants.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive data transformation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track project success.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in enterprise data architecture and cloud platforms.
Experience managing large teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
