A global investment and technology development firm with a reputation for innovation and a stellar team is currently looking for a talented individual to join their Legal and Compliance team in Hyderabad/Gurugram, India, as a Manager - Compliance.

What You\'ll Do Day-to-Day:

As a Manager - Compliance, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented group in our Hyderabad/Gurugram office. Your responsibilities will include preparing regulatory filings, overseeing the review of compliance monitoring reports, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance policies. You will be a key player in developing an understanding of our firm\'s structure, business activities, and regulatory expectations, while actively identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a dedicated team

- Conduct periodic testing of compliance processes

- Analyze data and electronic communications for policy violations

- Represent the group in senior management meetings and discussions

- Perform risk assessments and prepare formal written reports

Who We\'re Looking For:

- Holds a master\'s degree in finance or a related field.

- Possesses an in-depth understanding of the investment management/hedge fund industry and financial instruments.

- Proven experience in preparing risk assessments and formal written reports.

- Leadership qualities to mentor team members, drive performance, and set goals.
