- Support / participate in Annual Compensation & Benefits Surveys; analyze market data and prepare market benchmarking reports
- Support Implementation of periodic compensation review process covering increments, variable pay and promotions
- Support computation & processing of monthly / quarterly incentives
- Support Launch and Implementation of new Employee Benefit programs Assist in development of effective employee communication programs to sensitize employees on benefits
- Analyze & track utilization of existing benefit programs
- Support in MIS preparation, Audit Submissions and ad-hoc reports & analysis pertaining to Compensation & Benefits
- Track and identify compensation trends, best practices and policies to ensure Bank\'s competitive advantage
- Support and work on ongoing COE projects
