CommiSSIONING COORDINATOR

Working location: PINNAPURAM/INDIA



General Description



Dedicated role to Integrated and overall commissioning concept approved by client managing the commissioning team. Promoting and safeguarding the interests of ANDRITZ Hydro at the site.



JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS




Coordination of the commissioning sequences for all systems

Consolidation of the system-related schedules to an overall commissioning schedule, including updates.

Coordination of the employment of system commissioning and testing engineers (optimisation of resources and duration of employment)

Coordination of the contractual tests with client attendance together with system commissioning and testing engineers.

Coordination of commissioning and test protocols to be signed by client.

Organising the Taking Over Certificate (if not obtained by others).

Planning and execution of regular commissioning meetings at the site.

Prompt reporting of deviations during commissioning.

Organisation of trial operation and customer training at the plant


Technical knowledge and experience


Hydro power plant installation sequences

Planning and micro scheduling of Testing & commisioning activities

In effective coordination between various functions involved within the organization, outside paries like civil, hydro mechanical, consultants, customer, contractors etc.

Knowledge on power generation and power evacuation sequence and system interfaces in a power plant

Knowledge on Start /Stop sequences of various hydro projects

Knowledge on Various hydro tests during Dry & Wet commisionning





QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS




Education: Graduate in Mech/Elect or equallent

Experience: 10 years above

Languages: English Product Know-How : Planning & execution of Installation and Commissioning works

Readiness to travel : Yes
