What is the role?Our Buildings business creates integrated, multi-layered solutions that specialize in combining building services & intelligent automated systems. Our solutions enable owners, end users and custodians (such as; Hospitals, Data Centers and Commercial buildings), to intelligently monitor, meter and control the attributes of their assets in real time, reducing consumption and improving reliability and quality.Reporting to GM-Engineering & Commissioning Leader we have an exciting and challenging role for a Commissioning Engineer (On Roll) with 8 - 12 years of experience to join our team. Functionally reporting shall be to Pan India Commissioning LeadKey responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited toxc2xb7 Handle the complete SW development, SW FATs, Commissioning, and site handover with minimal support from Commissioning Lead for Data center projects.xc2xb7 Proof of concepts and demonstration to customer. Support to configure, test and implement the solutions at sitexc2xb7 Implement BMS Application with SCADA level redundancy for both Application as well as Historian at Data center.xc2xb7 Hands on Commissioning of IBMS, BMS, DDC, Fire, CCTV, ACS, PAS solution proposed for the Digital Buildings Portfolio. Role entails working on site to deploy customized engineering solution as per customer requirements.xc2xb7 Sound understanding on various BMS protocols like Modbus IP, BACnet IP, OPC, MQTT, REST API, etcxc2xb7 Sound in maintaining documentation, sending weekly updates, executing large projects, having good know how of standardization, libraries & their importance in field of commissioning.xc2xb7 Hands on Commissioning of FAS & Security IP based solution proposed for the Digital Buildings which includes working at various customer sitesxc2xb7 Work closely with the customer / consultant community (100% on site) to discuss technical solutions, build relationships within the community, and leverage the right offer technically.xc2xb7 Work with design as well as project team to deploy technical vital solution in entire project cycle.xc2xb7 Good understanding on pre-commissioning checks, commissioning process, coordination with service providers as well as other stake holders in project while executing commissioning activities.xc2xb7 Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical services, Networking of BMSxc2xb7 Support in grooming and building team.Qualifications & Experiencexc2xb7 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelors degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanicalxc2xb7 Minimum of 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience.Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proven experience in BMS applications in Data centers
• Proven experience in IBMS- CCTV, PA system, FAS & security system, HVAC, GSS, Leak water deduction etc.,
• Proven experience in CPM (Chiller Plant Manager)
• Ability to do moderate or complex DDC program with sound knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical etc)

xc2xb7 Proficiency on M580HSBY PLC / DDC System is added advantagexc2xb7 Knowledge and experience to work on Control Expert/ EcoStruxurexe2x84xa2 Building Operation Software/Power SCADA/Citect SCADA/Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware Intouch/ Wonderware System Platform is added advantagexc2xb7 Experience in FAS, ACS, CCTV, PAS systems commissioning will be an added advantage.xc2xb7 Work experience on soft communication Modbus (RS 485), Modbus TCP/IP, CanOpen, Profinet, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA, OPC DA, IEC (61850,60870-5), DNP3xc2xb7 Understand the customer RFQs and should be able to design the system inline to that.xc2xb7 Good analytical skills to understand customer inputs and Engineering Drawings is mandatory.xc2xb7 PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and Power point.xc2xb7 Good communication skills (English - must & Hindi - Preferred).xc2xb7 Good influencing, negotiating and presentation skills.Why You?You are someone who gets excited by innovation.
