We are searching for a seasoned and driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager with strong business development skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales and management, with the ability to drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the continued success of our commercial real estate sales division. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Business Development: Drive the expansion of our commercial real estate portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence. \xc2\xb7 Transaction Management: Develop and run transactions with team involvement and surpass sales target. Lead, inspire, and guide a team of commercial real estate sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on business development. \xc2\xb7 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans specifically tailored to the commercial real estate market and business growth objectives. \xc2\xb7 Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial clients, exceeding their real estate requirements and expectations, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals. \xc2\xb7 Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector, identifying potential areas for business expansion. \xc2\xb7 Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard new members to the commercial sales team as needed to expand and strengthen the division\'s business development efforts. \xc2\xb7 Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the commercial real estate sales team, providing regular reports to senior management, with a focus on business development KPIs. \xc2\xb7 Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the budget allocated to the commercial sales department, allocating resources strategically for business growth. \xc2\xb7 Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and negotiations with commercial clients, addressing their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our business development services. \xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensure that the commercial sales team operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while pursuing business development opportunities. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: \xc2\xb7 MBA \xe2\x80\x93 Finance / CA / CFA / real estate .
