Inviting applications for the role of Operations Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial Lending \xe2\x80\x93 Loan Operations!
This position is responsible but not limited to managing complex loan functions related to the processing of Commercial Lending, Syndications, Real Estate Construction and Asset Based Financing
Responsibilities

• Managing Loan Servicing Team, Syndication, Member and Bilateral Deals
• Team is responsible for managing daily Servicing Activities for Commercial Lending from Origination to Termination.
• Client communication, metric management, and reporting
• Connect with internal & external stakeholders on a regular basis to understand business requirements & design future road maps accordingly.
• Evaluating and reporting the process performance to both Client & Genpact leadership.
• Responsible for team meeting up all the critical to quality parameters as per the business SLAs.
• Responsible for driving the high customer satisfaction & NPS scores.
• Identifying projects for productivity delivery to the client
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma within the business to help generate new business improvement ideas.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant Years of experience in leading large team
• Postgraduate/ Graduate
• Excellent knowledge of Banking Financial Services
• Enthusiastic team approach and good time management skills
• Strong people leadership
• Proven track record on Customer Centricity
• Strong commercial lending domain and good understanding of corporate banking
• Excellent Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Competency in Finance/Accounting
• Excellent Comprehension skills
• Excellent Analytical/Reasoning skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail Oriented
• Deadline driven and strong multi-tasking skills.
• High level of professionalism
