We are an award-winning, highly regarded architectural studio with operations in Kochi, Dubai and Bali, looking to recruit a Manager - Client Support and Operations for our Kochi operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role which carries end-to-end responsibility for operations, client management, billing, and overall commercial performance.
It requires sound financial judgement across complex design projects, with oversight of people management, resource planning, and internal processes.
The role will work closely with the leadership team on fee proposals, contract negotiations, and sales discussions, while leading people, systems, and processes in a lean, fast-paced environment.
5- 10 years experience in a professional services operations is essential.
A background in architecture, engineering, or consultancy is preferred but not required. Strong people and client management skills are critical.
A competitive package is offered, commensurate with experience.
