Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Friday & 10:30 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client communication with clarity, confidence and warmth.

Coordinate with internal teams for event planning & execution.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

Support in managing on-ground event activities when required.

Maintain documentation, reports and client briefs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Represent company professionally during meetings and events.

Be open to learning about events, experiences and industry operations.

Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent English communication

(verbal & written).

Highly presentable, well-groomed and confident personality.



Polite, client-friendly behaviour with a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines.

Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in the event industry.

Ability to stay calm and composed during high-pressure situations (event days).

Basic MS Office or Google Workspace knowledge.

Preferred Background



Air Hostess / Cabin Crew Training Institute



Aviation or Hospitality Training



Event/Media/PR freshers with strong communication



Customer-facing or service-oriented experience (optional)

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
