Manager - Client Servicing - B2B ( M/ F )

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8 to 12yrs ( Min 3yrs of demonstrating 3rd party payroll services business )

Education: Any degree

CTC: As per market standard

Focus on client requirement and professional association to drive 3rd party payroll services revenue and expanding a company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven track record in 3rd party payroll services demonstrated ability to meet the business goal.*
Strong understanding of the 3rd party payroll services cycle and market place.*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to identify target potential clients build rapport at all levels, communicate clearly and actively listen to understand client needs.*
Strong negotiation to close the business deal and skillfully navigating complex discussions pricing terms secure mutually beneficial agreements to achieve revenue targets.*
Managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.*
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.*
Working closely with other teams and align with overall business objectives.*
Tracking performance, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics to management.*
